he official presentation of CroOcean project was organised during the
Croatia Boat Show in Split between April 1st and April 9th 2006.
The boat was exposed on very attractive spot where was getting attention of all the 30 000 visitors of the show in 9 days.
Many contacts have been made, with journalists, potential sponsors and partners and all people intrested in project.
232 is going back to homeport Tribunj to make the rest of refit work
and start with sea training. In Fibraspars workshop, new carbon mast,
boom and spreaders are being built from the female moulds.
Eol meteo will supply us with solar modules, chargers, batteries
and all necessary electric equipment which is very important on a mini.
First sea trials are starting next week, and the first race is Triangle
du soleil, 500 nm doublehanded in France. The co skipper for this race
will be Darko Prizmic from Orebic.
